Terms and Conditions for Influencers.

1. Introduction Welcome to Influencers Depot! Our platform connects influencers with brands seeking to engage audiences through creative and impactful collaborations. These Terms and Conditions outline the obligations and privileges of influencers using our platform.

2. Account Registration Influencers must register and create an account to use our services. By registering, you affirm that you are capable of entering into legally binding contracts and are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

3. Influencer Obligations Upon completing registration, you become a member of our community, entitled to market your services to potential clients, referred to herein as “Brands.” You are responsible for the content you post, ensuring it is accurate, not misleading, and complies with applicable laws and these terms.

4. Account Management a. The first user to register on behalf of an influencer entity will become the account administrator. b. You may invite other team members to join your account, granting them authorization to act on behalf of your influencer profile. c. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account and for maintaining its security.

5. Collaborative Environment Influencers Depot allows influencers and brands to manage projects collaboratively through the platform. You can track project progress, share orders, and consolidate feedback.

6. Financial Terms a. All financial transactions must be conducted through Influencers Depot’s secure payment system. Direct transactions between influencers and brands outside the platform are prohibited. b. The platform may deduct a commission or service fee from payments received by influencers as outlined in our Payment Terms.

7. Content and Intellectual Property a. You own the content you create unless otherwise negotiated with a brand in a specific agreement. b. By posting content on Influencers Depot, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the content for promotional purposes.

8. Dispute Resolution Influencers Depot offers a mediation process for disputes between influencers and brands. We encourage parties to resolve their issues amicably but will assist when needed.

9. Termination and Suspension Influencers Depot reserves the right to suspend or terminate an influencer’s account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or if legally required.

10. Modifications to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform, and continued use of the service after such changes will constitute acceptance.
